I reserve the right to deny any and all commissions that I do not agree with or make me uncomfortable for any reasonAll image rights remain with me, including distribution and use, unless given adequate reason and paymentCommunication

All characters MUST have a visual reference. No written descriptions or “I’ll leave it up to the artist.” If it’s an OC, send as much of a reference as you can (picrews are ok, just make sure to point out which details are the ones to keep consistent). If it’s a canon character, send your preferred referenceAfter you place an order and I accept it, I will give you an estimate of how long it will take me once I get to your spot in the queue. I will inform you when you are next in queue.Rush Orders (orders with a time limit) will cost +50-100% of total price depending on the rushFor chibi charms, please provide address when ordering.Refunds & Edits
If a commission cannot be completed or the commissioner withdraws their order, an appropriate refund will be given depending on where I am in the process:Not started / still in queue = 100% refundSketch in progress / done = 90% refundBackground in progress / done = 70% refundLineart in progress / done = 50% refundFlats in progress / done = 30% refundRender in progress / done = 10% refundOrder complete = no refundCharm design sent to manufacturer = no refundThe commissioner will be provided samples of the work after each of the steps listed above and I will not continue until I receive explicit confirmation that everything is up to their standards. If you would like edits to be made to the step I just finished, those are free. If a work is finished and the commissioner is dissatisfied, edits can be requested for 15% of the total priceCharms
Charms are by default 3 per design on vograce. This mean you can get 3 designs commissioned for 1 charm each or 1 design for 3 charms.Charms are CHIBI ONLY for nowThe default charms are vograce's acrylic charms. Look here to see the options!Uploading & Sharing
The finished product in the form of a JPEG or PNG will be delivered via the email used to send invoices to unless otherwise requestedOnce you’ve received your work, I will most likely post it on twitter, tumblr, and insta with a watermark, and include WIPs and Processes of it to my Patreon. Once I have posted the finished work, you can retweet/share the work you’ve purchased wherever you like, but make sure to credit me. Please do not repost the artworkIf it is a gift for someone, please let me know what date you are comfortable with me posting it publicly. You may print out the artwork for them if you like, but only to gift it to themIf you order lineart, you are welcome to color it yourself, but give credit to me for the lineart if/when you upload/share it anywhere by linking to my insta/twitter/tumblrDO NOT
Under no circumstances should any of my artwork, designs, or a likeness of them be used as NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens) or in promotion of NFTsUnder no circumstances should any of my artwork, designs, or a likeness of them be used to train AI or in promotion of AI.Do not come to me with a big order and expect it done the next day, that is not possibleUnder no circumstances are you to use the finished commission in anyway for your own monetary benefit (merch, business, selling characters, twitch streaming, etc.) without discussing compensation with me first. Depending on your intentions/plans with the commission, I may require a one time additional payment or royaltiesEnd
